1In short

The Gaihare service is provided by Zemma group LLC, identification number 402270341, registered in Georgia (“we”).

We collect the minimum: what is needed to answer a request and to count click-throughs. IP addresses are never stored in the clear. Contacts left in the form are not passed to third parties and are not used for mailings.

2Data you provide yourself

Contact form: name (optional), contact (email, phone or Telegram), message, and whether you are a shop, a brand or other.

This is used solely to answer your request and is kept while the request is live.

3Context of the request

Stored alongside a request: country and city (or time zone), device type, operating system and browser, the source of the visit and campaign tags, the number of pages viewed and time on site, the page and language of submission.

This exists so the reply can be to the point: a shop owner who spent minutes reading the terms and a passer-by need different answers.

We do not infer gender, age or other personal characteristics, and we do not look you up in other sources.

4IP address

The IP address is used for anti-fraud and is stored only as an irreversible hash with a secret salt. The address cannot be recovered from it.

Country and city come from hosting service headers — already a coarse derivative of the address, not the address itself.

5The showcase inside shops

The showcase appears on the shop’s post-payment page or in the order email.

From the shop we receive three technical values: the order number, its amount and the product category. The number prevents showing the showcase twice for one order; the amount and category are used to pick a suitable gift and to show the site its statistics.

We do not receive the order contents, payment details, or the buyer’s name, phone, email or address, and we do not ask for them. The order number does not tell us who placed it: the mapping from number to person stays with the shop.

On the showcase itself and on the promo-code page we record technical actions: the showcase was opened, which cards were on screen, a tap on «take», copying the code, going to the brand, and how many seconds after opening each happened. The records are tied to the impression, not to a person: they contain no address and no browser fingerprint, and cannot tell who it was. They exist to understand where the showcase loses buyers and are not used for advertising or follow-up contact.

To tell a first showcase view from a repeat one, the buyer’s browser stores a short random number — a separate one for every shop. It appears at the first showcase view in that shop, lives up to a year, and serves one purpose: counting how many people see the showcase for the first time and how many come back. It holds no name, no address and no order number.

Numbers from different shops are never linked: the showcase in one shop does not know whether you have been in another. There is no shared buyer profile. The number can be erased at any time — clear the site data in your browser, or open the page in private mode; the next view then counts as a first one again.

Each click-through is given a technical identifier (subid). It is not linked to the buyer’s identity and serves to count the click and to receive confirmation from the affiliate network.

On clicking, the buyer lands on the brand’s site, where that brand’s and the network’s policies apply.

6Who receives data

Hosting and infrastructure: the contractors that host the site and the database. Their servers are in the United States, so this data is processed outside Georgia.

Affiliate networks and direct advertisers through which an offer is arranged — receive the fact of a click-through and its identifier in order to confirm a conversion.

Telegram — used by us for internal notifications about new requests. The content of your request is sent there.

Google Fonts — fonts load from Google servers, so your browser connects to them directly.

Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) — web analytics on the public pages of the site, including session recording. You can block it with a content blocker or a browser setting.

We do not sell or share contacts for third-party advertising.

We do not list individual contractors and affiliate networks in this document — the set changes. If you need to know who exactly processes your data, write to info@gaihare.ge and we will name them.

7Analytics

The public pages of the site run Yandex.Metrica: pages, referral source, device type, approximate location. Click maps and Webvisor — recording of on-page behaviour (cursor movement, scrolling, clicks, form input) — are enabled. Recordings are stored by Yandex and are subject to its policy.

Metrica is not installed in the dashboards, in the showcase, or in the admin area — only on the public pages.

There is no other analytics on the site. If another one is added, it will be named here before it goes live, not after.

8Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies on the public pages. Technical cookies are set only when signing in to the dashboard or admin area, to keep the session.

The third-party services listed above may set their own cookies under their own policies.

The per-shop number described above is kept in the browser’s own storage, not in a cookie: it never travels to other sites and is erased together with the site data.

9Retention

Requests — until the correspondence ends, and for a reasonable period afterwards so the conversation can be resumed.

Click-through and conversion data — for as long as needed for settlements with sites and affiliate networks.

The per-shop number in the browser — up to a year from the last showcase view, unless the buyer erases it sooner.

10On what basis we do this

Showing the showcase is part of the service the site ordered from us, and processing the technical data listed above is required to provide it.

Offers are selected by the order category and amount, not by information about a particular person. We do not build a buyer profile, do not keep a purchase history, and do not recognise the same person in another shop.

Within a single shop we see one thing only: whether a showcase view is a first or a repeat one. The shop needs it to know whether the showcase works for returning buyers. It leads to no advertising and no mailings.

The showcase sends no emails and does not contact the buyer again. If a site shows an offer inside its order email, that email is sent by the site itself, from its own list and on its own basis.

Georgian law applies to this processing, including the Law on Personal Data Protection. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, write to info@gaihare.ge; you are also entitled to contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

11Your rights

You may ask what data about you is stored, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.

Write to info@gaihare.ge. We reply within a reasonable time and without conditions attached.
