Payout Terms
1What earns a reward
The Gaihare service is provided by Zemma group LLC, identification number 402270341, registered in Georgia (“we”).
An impression is never paid for — not by the brand, not to the site. This is deliberate: paying for impressions rewards volume rather than quality, and hurts the shop first.
Beyond that, the model depends on the brand. Some pay per click-through (CPC), others per completed purchase or other target action (CPA). Mixed arrangements also occur.
The model, the rate, the timing and the confirmation procedure are set in a separate agreement with each brand and each site: they depend on the category, the margin and the length of the sales cycle, and there is no single tariff for everyone. Your terms are shown in the dashboard.
2What counts as a click-through
One that passes validation: unique to the buyer, made by a human rather than automation, and not a repeat within the set window.
Every click-through receives its own identifier (subid), by which it can be traced through to a conversion.
Rejected click-throughs are visible in the dashboard together with the reason — they are not hidden.
3How a conversion is confirmed
Confirmation arrives as a postback from the affiliate network; we do not decide it ourselves. Under CPC the click-through itself is confirmed; under CPA it is a purchase or other target action at the brand.
A network may confirm, reject or later cancel a conversion: the order was returned, payment failed, or a check on the brand’s side triggered. A cancelled conversion is reversed.
Confirmation timing is set by the network and the brand, not by Gaihare. It typically ranges from several days to several weeks after the purchase.
4When it accrues and when it is paid
An amount accrues once the affiliate network confirms it — the click-through under CPC, the conversion under CPA.
Settlement is made after the end of the calendar month, covering conversions confirmed by the time of settlement. Later confirmations fall into the next period.
The payment model, the site’s share, the minimum payable amount, and the term and method of payment are agreed at onboarding and shown in the dashboard. Terms differ from site to site: they depend on the category, on the volume and quality of traffic, and on how well the brand’s product is already established in the market. There is no standard tariff and there cannot be one.
Terms are never changed retroactively: a new term applies only to click-throughs made after notice. Either side may propose a review — for example when a site’s volume has grown noticeably, or when the brand’s own terms change. A review is a conversation and a new agreement, not a unilateral decision.
5What is not paid
Impressions without a click-through.
Click-throughs rejected by anti-fraud — repeated, automated, or showing signs of inflation.
Amounts cancelled or rejected by the affiliate network or the brand — for example on an order return.
Click-throughs made while the site was disabled for breach of terms.
6How to verify
In the shop dashboard: impressions, click-throughs, rejections with reasons, confirmed conversions and the accrued amount. CSV export is available for your own reconciliation.
We look at the same figures. By design there is no such thing as "your" statistics versus "ours": there is one table.
7Disputes
If the figures do not match your expectation, write to us and we will go through specific click-throughs. Each has a timestamp, a subid and a validation result.
Where the discrepancy arises on the affiliate network’s side, we request reconciliation from them and report the outcome.
